Children's Ministry

Our Vision

To raise up the next generation of godliness through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, God’s Word, and exemplary Christian living in order to transform entire families for generations to come! Our vision echoes the vision David penned in Psalm 145:4-7:

One generation shall commend your works to another,
and shall declare your mighty acts.
On the glorious splendor of your majesty,
and on your wondrous works, I will meditate.
They shall speak of the might of your awesome deeds,
and I will declare your greatness.
They shall pour forth the fame of your abundant goodness
and shall sing aloud of your righteousness.

It is the church’s responsibility to come alongside parents in their responsibility to raise up children who love the Lord by reinforcing the Biblical truths of Scripture being taught at home, by modeling Christlikeness in the church member’s lives, and by evangelizing the lost. The Church has been given the stewardship of these precious children and will give an account to God in how they have loved and instructed these children in truth.

The next generation, our children, is the future of the Church. Our Scripture and raise up this next generation to be rich in the Word of God, handling God’s Word correctly, faithful in obedience to Scripture, and have hearts that are surrendered to the Lordship of Christ and long to please Him alone. The Children’s Ministry is an enduring ministry that far outlasts the short moments that are spent instructing and training each child. The fleeting moments spent with each child have an eternal influence far beyond what we could ever imagine.

Children are precious to the Lord so they should be to the church. Our stewardship of them is vital and should not be taken lightly or done halfheartedly. The raising and discipling of our children is the job of the entire church family. Each member is responsible for how they are teaching, correcting, training, supporting, and encouraging children towards truth.
